    Assessment

The Assessment course teaches you to interpret behavior through a within-subject experimental lens, not a checklist of joint ranges. You learn to see how a system manages pressure, orientation, and propulsion under changing constraints, and how strategies emerge or reorganize in real time. Instead of labeling problems, you identify starting strategies, read solutions, and adapt based on what the system actually does. This course expands directly on P&C and prepares you for the Programming and Interventions courses that follow.

After completing the Principles and Concepts course, you are also eligible to attend a live Assessment course with Bill that counts towards your certification.  Check out The UHP Network to stay up on live course dates.

This course is only available to those who have already taken the Principles and Concept Course. If you have not taken P&C yet you can sign up for both programs HERE for a discounted bundle.  If you would like to take P&C first, and then decide if you would like to take the Assessment Course later on, you can do that by signing up for P&C HERE.  If you have already taken the P&C course and would like to be enrolled into the Assessment course please contact @UHP Network through DM on the UHP Network

    — What's included

A precise framework for measuring and interpreting movement

This course provides structured instruction in testing theory, measurement, and interpretation so you know exactly what information you’re collecting and how to use it.

    Testing Theory and Demonstration

The course provides detailed instruction on UHPC testing principles, including why specific tests are chosen and what information they are designed to reveal. You’ll see demonstrations that show how to apply tests consistently and how behavior changes under different constraints.

    Measurement and Interpretation Framework

You’ll learn how to take precise measurements and, more importantly, how to interpret what those measurements actually mean. The course teaches you how to connect observed behavior, test outcomes, and dynamic movement strategies into a clear starting point for decision-making.

    Applied Assignments and Assessment

Structured assignments are included to evaluate your ability to interpret measurements, assess dynamic movement, and reason through what you see. Quizzes and a formal exam ensure you can apply the assessment process reliably and prepare you for the Programming and Interventions courses that follow.
