The Unified Health & Performance Network

The UHP Network came first. It was built to give practitioners a single place to learn the UHPC Model directly from the source, connect with the global community, and refine their reasoning week after week. As the demand for a structured learning path grew, the Certification Curriculum emerged as the next evolution of that mission, providing a step-by-step foundation grounded in the same principles taught inside the Network. Today, the Certification site and the UHP Network work together: the courses give you structure, and the Network provides the mentorship and ongoing support that carry you through the entire journey.

— About Bill Hartman

He spent 35 years figuring this out so you don’t have to.

Bill has worked across the entire health and performance continuum for more than three decades, beginning as a college trainer and growing into a career as a physical therapist, coach, and mentor with experience ranging from general populations to professional athletes. His work as a clinical instructor helped develop students who now run successful practices, teach internationally, and work on performance staffs in professional sports. Over many years he saw how fragmented most educational systems were and how often practitioners collected techniques without gaining a deeper understanding of what they were seeing. Bill created the Unified Health and Performance Continuum Model to give practitioners a coherent way to understand principles, interpret information, and make strategic decisions across all contexts. The UHPC Model represents the clarity he gained through decades of trial, error, and refinement, and the curriculum gives you the chance to learn this work directly from its creator and benefit from the experience he has already lived.
