Programming & Interventions (Health)

The P&I Health course teaches you how to use the strategies identified in Assessment to reorganize a person back within their base of support and restore efficient movement for real-world demands. You learn how to apply constraints that reduce compensatory behaviors, improve dynamic options, and build capacity for daily tasks, general mobility, and re-entry into training. This course focuses on lower-intensity environments where the goal is to re-establish foundational movement behavior and ensure people progress without slipping back into their old strategies

Live course coming November 2026.  Principles & Concepts and the Assessment course are pre-requisites to attendance.  Head to The UHP Network to learn more and apply.

Look for the online self-paced version to release in early 2027.
